1. The Short Version

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. Period. PlayroomX is built to be a frictionless tool for gamers, meaning zero accounts, zero invasive tracking, and zero hidden data sharing.

2. Data Collection

PlayroomX does not require you to create an account. When you post a room ID, the information provided (Host Name, Room ID, Password, Game Type) is temporarily stored locally in your browser and broadcasted to the live feed strictly for matchmaking purposes.

Once a room automatically expires based on your selected timer (e.g., 30 minutes), it is permanently wiped from the active feed.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your device's strictly local storage (LocalStorage) solely to remember your active rooms so you don't lose track of them if you refresh the page. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytical software to monitor your behavior.

4. User Privacy & Safety

You assume full responsibility for the information you choose to share in the public feed, such as your In-Game Name (IGN) or Discord/Game Room passwords. We recommend not sharing personally identifiable information.
